We hired Lior and his team to do some work on an old 1970s home we bought. We had a tight timeline because we had to move out of our old place. We had a bathroom gutted and renovated, a laundry nook added, and all new flooring throughout installed. They stayed on schedule AND created a high quality result while staying almost completely within the initial estimate.
Lior works with some very skilled specialists. Lior himself, had really good ideas about how to bring a feeling of light and openness into our small dark bathroom. It really worked wonders for the space. Philip, the project manager was really good about coordinating all the moving pieces and making note of our specific concerns and making sure they were addressed. The tile crew did the best work I have ever seen. We have wood beams throughout even in the bathrooms and they did an expert job tiling around the one above the shower, making it water tight. The glass shower door was cut so perfectly it accommodated a small lip on the pony wall (no unsightly gaps).
Overall, a very skilled team. I would recommend LYD for your projects!

Working with LYD was an absolute breeze. The scope was primarily doing tile work on a bathroom I’m in the process of building in my basement. I had them install radiant heat flooring, stone tile on the floor, and subway tile on 1 wall as well as the shower. I didn’t choose them because they were the cheapest, though they were competitive. I chose them because I had absolute confidence that they were going to do the job right and do right by me. From start to finish, communication was clear and consistent. Even when we hit a few small snags, they were right on top of it to make the corrections. While his team was in my house, they were tidy, polite, and exceptional to work with. I contacted the company for a quote on remodeling the master and hall bathroom. Lior was very receptive to our needs and suggested a number of ideas before and during the project that were right for our budget and our needs. Most importantly, he works with a set of professionals that truly know their craft: the tile guys did a beautiful job, the plumbing guys were amazing and receptive, and the electric water heater guys were very professional and friendly. They even suggested other ideas that worked much better than our own original plans!
Lior was very communicative and made sure he stopped by to ensure that the work was progressing at a reasonable pace. He was available at all times (even during the weekends and on his holidays), making sure that his crew was working all along.
With every renovation project there are snags and wrinkles, but Lior made the best of the situation to make sure we were happy with the results.

We hired LYD to remodel our guest bathroom. They did excellent work, were timely and helpful. Lior was our contact with the company. He was in contact daily by phone and stopped by nearly every day when the workers were here. Philip was the principal guy who was very good about checking with us on details, rather than deciding for himself certain things, e.g., position of the mirror or tiles stacked versus offset. We were very pleased with the finished product and would happily recommend this company to others.
Lior from LYD Construction went above and beyond for our contracting needs. My mother, who is 71 with severe diabetes and other health issues, had broken her ankle and needed her bathroom completely re-done before she could return home from a nursing facility. This all began at the same time as the COVID-19 pandemic, so getting her home quickly and safely was of the essence. Not only was Lior and his team able to work within our time frame, he delivered a beautiful bathroom that looks as stylish as much as it is functioning for her wheelchair and walker. Lior really took the time to get to know me, my partner and our whole family, and paid attention to both needs and taste to make sure everything worked perfectly and was quickly able to adapt to changing circumstances. In addition to the bathroom, Lior took on several other jobs for us to utilize resources and budget to keep costs lower over all and still hold a very high quality.
As an additional note for LGBTQ out there, Lior took time to know, understand, and be respectful of my partner's pronouns and our relationship. It's always a little scary wondering if a company will be inclusive, and we greatly appreciate the respect and safety we felt in being ourselves!

Lior was our project manager in charge of the remodeling our back porch. The wall was removed that separated the porch from the kitchen. After removing the wall it created a much needed dining area that totally changed the look and feel of our new house. The work was done really well and Lior is excellent with communicating when he will be onsite to work and very quick and through with all aspects of the remodel. Lior is very good at keeping us up to date on all phases of the project and did a great job making sure the project ran smoothly and gave us many options and suggestions that we really appreciated.
